A typical 5-6 gallon batch uses 1-2 drams (0.125-0.25 oz), depending on the flavor and desired intensity. Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch.

Citrus Blossom is floral and gently zesty, with orange-lemon character and a perfumed blossom aroma. It suits Belgian witbier, saison, blonde ale, dry mead, white wine, hard seltzer, and Ranch Water. Keep the dose restrained in delicate beverages so the floral note stays fresh. Honey, coriander, lemon, orange, peach, and ginger pair well. In a dry base, Citrus Blossom will read sharper; a little residual sweetness will make the aroma and finish feel fuller.
