Cola Flavoring - 1 oz
Super Strength Cola Flavoring
A typical 5-6 gallon batch uses 1-2 drams (0.125-0.25 oz), depending on the flavor and desired intensity. Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch.
Flavor Profile and Beverage Ideas
Cola brings caramelized citrus, warm spice, and familiar dark-soda depth. It works in brown ale, porter, dark lager, spiced mead, or a cola-inspired hard seltzer. It is also well suited to craft soda and dirty soda, especially with a bright citrus accent. Cherry, vanilla, lime, orange, cinnamon, and coffee complement the profile. In a dry base, Cola will read sharper; a little residual sweetness will make the aroma and finish feel fuller.
