Imperial Yeast G05 Kurt - Limited Release Seasonal
Imperial Yeast G05 Kurt is a Pacific Northwest craft heritage strain built for clean, malt-forward ales. Kurt ferments clean and finishes crisp, allowing specialty malts and noble hops to shine.
Because Kurt is a low-flocculating strain, it stays in suspension longer and maintains a consistent, natural haze. Its clean fermentation profile makes it an excellent seasonal choice for German-inspired and wheat-forward ales where malt and hop character should stay front and center.
Perfect strain for fermenting Altbier, Kölsch-style ales, Berliner Weisse, and other clean, malt-forward ales.
